My 1310 has 1600 hours. Bought new. The older it gets, the slower the hydraulics work. IIRC, it has the same hyd. pump as a 1210, so it started out at a disadvantage. Pressure gauge to a hose out back? Sorry, it's all I know. Good luck.

I'm thinking when hyd fluid gets warm, the viscosity decreases. Maybe you're low on your level? Or there could be a leak, allowing air into the hydraulic reservoir and aeration is what's causing your problem. Have you checked the level and color of your fluid when the tractor is warmed up? Have you tried bleeding the pump after it is warmed up?

Raise your 3PH to the top and then turn the drop speed knob to minimum/off. Next, shut off the engine and see if the 3PH drops. If it does, you need new seals in your lift cylinder. It's an easy job since the cylinder access is right under your seat.
