The OP should refill the boat, try the different suggestions (not the recipes) and report back.
I think a good leaf blower could empty it pretty quick.

Suggestion, testing and reporting results!Disagree with the leaf blower idea...I have a really powerful gas leaf blower and it does very poorly at removing water from a wheelbarrow tray, which is more shallow than a boat and has more gently sloping sides. I tried that method on a wheelbarrow this morning.
