flashers not working on jd 990 (2007)

Hello,
the dealer told me to replace the flasher relay (already checked fuse). One person at the dealership told me
I could find the relay by the fusebox under the hood. When I couldn't find it there, another call to the dealer and
was told to remove the cover by the ignition switch and I would find it there. But...I couldn't find it there either.

Any suggestions would be appreciated,
