That's the right answer there. Assuming it's direct drive or 1:1, a 160cc motor isn't fast enough even with high flow. My Alamo mower has a 40cc motor which makes about 1800 rpm on standard flow. I normally run it on high flow at reduced engine speed, I'm guessing about 2000 rpm flail speed.
