front of rear ballast. I have all wheels filled. I have an old tractor with front weights. I life filled tires more than hanging weight off the back. But that is how I like it. Different people, different ways. My son hangs stuff off the back. He wants his tractor light to be able to drive across his yard without ruts. The way that works for you, is the best way for you. And even with filled tires, I may still hang something off the back at times.
