Duc, ouch:eek:, you are not kidding, got both and gotta get off my duff and put down more of the Grub killer:D. The builder is coming back to ressed as they did a rather "wanting" job originally.

Locate some product that contains Merit. It comes in many forms but the easiest to apply is merit plus fertilizer. Try your local Lesco store....
Lasts a year at least per application....

Gosh... I just figured his grass was just like everywhere in Alaska that has any grass... WINTER KILL!

Every year ya gotta just scratch and reseed and pamper all those "newly naked" areas in your lawn that froze out.

Goes with the turf up here.

Yes will definitely get the stuff with merit. I will buy a bunch and load it up in my big spreader and fling it all over the grass and then hope for rain - no sprinklers! Lookin to get a more powerful pump for my well and some estate sprinklers! Long throw fewer sprinklers and zones. - Well that is the plan at least.

Akfish, i wish it was that simple. Close as the grass on my hills was spotty from the start!
