finding a good locking throttle control

i am looking for a good quality locking throttle control and cable for my wheel horse tractor.. it does not have to be OEM, just a decent made unit... the present one on the machine creeps and wont hold . i am getting tired of moving the lever to attain the higher rpm's and less than a minute, it creeps back down...
