Loader FEL rollback slow

Have a L35, been about 3 months since Ive really done any real work with it other than just moving around the yard. Now the FEL rollback works about half speed, I can see that the rod that pushes down into the spool valve only goes half way down when I push the control lever to the left. Really screws me up in operating as the timing/speed of the bucket is off. Anyone here ever have any issues similar? The linkage looks and feels free. All other functions are normal.

I had something similar on my Kubota. One of the guys at OTT suggested I disconnect and reconnect the FEL quick connect. I thought they were tight but found one had not completely seated. Reseated after releasing pressure and all good.

This one doesn't have FEL quick connects, and the backhoe has literaly never been off. Connectors are rusted on tight. ALL other hydraulic functions are normal but have to rev the engine to get FEL to rollback at barely half speed, I disconnected FEL linkage for auto leveling, no change. Could a faulty press. relief valve cause this? Local Kubota dealer will only say "bring it in".

I was also thinking quick connects but yeah, a L35 is Kubotas construction grade setup so the end loader isn't suppose to come off really. I'd think if the relief valve was set to low you would see other functions being slow also. Could just need a linkage adjustment. I've also heard of the loader valve getting water in them and messing them up.

Fixed, thanks for the few replies, the cup bolted to the bottom of the spool valve, where the intent is, had a bunch of sediment in it not allowing the plunger to go down all the way.
