Lat year I had the cylinder in back of the bucket rebuilt. Now I notice the bucket does not stay up it drops slowly, now is it a bad cylinder or could the controls be bad also?.

To be clear.....we ate talking about curl cylinders right?

What prompted you to rebuild the last time?
Do you have quick connect hoses on the loader?

If they are indeed the curl cylinders, the problem can either be the cylinder OR the valve.

If you have quick connects, put a jack under the bucket to take a little pressure off.....the unhook disconnects.

If bucket still dumps, problem is in the cylinder. If the drift stops when unhooked, it's the valve

Curls up?
Should have bought a new one last year? New one what?

Im lost now.

You had issues with bucket drifting open. I gave you a way to test it if you have quick connects. Then your reply....makes no sense to me? Maybe I just haven't had enough coffee yet:confused3:
