FEL Hooks

Has anyone got any good pics of how they have mounted hooks to their FEL bucket. I want something that I can't break off because I know I will abuse it.

Steve here is a photo that I have posted before of my B2710 bucket hooks. But if you do a search you will find tons of photos and info in them.

This works pretty well. It gives you the choice of where and how many places to hook the chain. Slots not used for lifting can be used to keep the extra chain out of the way. This is similar to (ripoff of?) an installation pictured by another poster............chim

What size angle is that about a 3''?

It's 3" X 2" X 1/4", and the long leg is up, and mounted so they are tight against the top lip of the bucket. The slot is cut to about 1/4" above the top lip of the bucket. Slots will accept 3/8" chain. The slots were made by punching holes at the lower ends of the slots, then making two sawcuts to form a U-shaped slot. They have been hooked to stuff heavy enough to lift the rear of the tractor off the ground................chim
