The Case IH website is quoting you MSRP without programming discounts or what a dealer would actually put on for margin. It's a good tool to build a machine, then ask your dealer to quote you a price. If you hit a pre-sell or special programming the price could be substantially less.

Usually you can discount 15-18% off website quote and be very close.

You definitely got a good deal with the demo model. Several years ago I bought a 2yr carryover Kubota 44HP tractor for $6K less than the current model year. It had 16hrs.
