Craftsman Yard Tractor
This is my first post and I am looking for assistance in identifying this farm fresh find. I plan on using it for yard art in our garden as the motor is completely locked up, but I have been told its everything from a cultivator to a 2 wheel tractor. I cant find any thing like it online and the only markings I can find are on the motor itself.

Probably one of these:

Kinkade Garden Tractors

Between 1920 and 1952, American Farm Machinery company built no less than 5 major designs of one wheeled, engine driven, walking cultivating tractors. In spite of major differences in design, all of these tractors were called Kinkade garden tractors.
All of the Kinkades were one cylinder air cooled machines, however the designs ranged from quite primitive to very sophisticated. All parts of the engines and tractors (except carburetors and magnetos) were designed and built by American Farm Machinery company people. On all tractors, the engine was mounted inside a hollow steel wheel. The patent for this concept was filed in 1919 and granted in 1921, and was one of the main reasons that the Kinkade tractors were leaders in the one wheeled market for so long.

Thank you bcp! Missing the handles threw me off, but looking at it again the throttle cable is still attached and has a small pc of rotten wood on it.

Welcome! My dad told me that his neighbor when he was young had a one wheel tractor like that. I could never find one at shows we went to. Or on the web, I guess I don't have the google shew zoo?

There are collectors that would love to have it. Check to see if the are any Antique Tractor clubs in your area.

This is what it looks like with handle bars:
