Fair price?

I'm thinking about looking at a Case IH Farmall 45 with cab and FEL. Dealer is asking $26,500 and it appears to be in very good shape. Hydro and 1100 hours. Does this sound like a fair price, or too high?

What's the background on this tractor? Single owner? Was it a rental unit?
If a rental, then I'd negotiate a lower price.

if you mean the rental unit, this price is good and low enough to choose. hope so~
