FAILURE MY BAD

John Deere 770 with rear hydraulics. I failed to reconnect the remote accessory hydraulic line back into the tractor. Ran this way for ten seconds or less. Rear hitch will not raise with rock shaft lever. What now?

If the pump was dead headed, not good.

Check the pump pressure with a hyd gage.

The front loader operates so figured pump was OK. Same pump front and rear?

If you disconnected the hose to the 3pt, where was the fluid going?
