Fabricating Chain Guards

   / Fabricating Chain Guards #11
I have a KK 48" rotary cutter for my B7510HST/LA302 FEL. KK wants about $250 including shipping for a set of chain guards .

Decided to use Soundguy's mudflap setup. Got the flap from Northern Tool ($11 plus $8 UPS) last week and plan to do the installation next month prior to start of cutting season.

Hope the flap will keep stuff from slamming into my rear tires.

To protect my backside, I have a piece of expanded metal screen attached to my ROPS via hose clamps.

The mudflap should work fine.. but you got raked over the coals on the price. Any local truck stop.. napa.. etc.. should have a generic mud flap for 4$.. that's what i paid at a truck stop.. etc..
