F3680 tilting up 72" deck

Had this for a gear, never tried it. Thought I'd tilt up and sharpen blades before start of mowing season.

Pretty sure I've followed instructions but it won't tilt. I even put a cheater pipe on it for leverage bent the pipe.

Maybe I'm seeing the facts an old man must face. Ideas anyone?

Drove F3680 up on ramps to get blades off and it hit me what was wrong. I hadn't lifted the deck with hydraulics. But actually doing it the way i did worked pretty good.

Yep, I use ramps because the deck doesn't tilt.

I've tilted mine several times over the years and one time I forgot to lift it to max with hyd before physically lifting and met the same resistance.
