Lol... Terry, that's what I do a lot of the time. Within reason of course.

Hey Dieselcrawler,

Amazing work!!!! I have used quite a bit of fluid film on vehicles over the years when I lived in the northeast. You may want to also check out these Carwell products. My father has been using it with very good results. They also sell applicator systems.

T-32 - Commercial Rust Prevention Product

I have used a siphon feed blowgun similar to this to apply fluid film out of gallon jugs in the past. Being Milton you should be able to pick it up also at your local auto parts store if you don't want to order online.

Amazon.com: Milton S157 Siphon Spray Blow-Gun Kit w/ 8 Ft Tubing: Automotive

I also have a undercoating kit with different quick attach wands with tips to spray to the side, back towards yourself, etc. I had no luck finding any cheap kits at the moment. Something like this may help though.

RUSFRE Deluxe Undercoating Spray Gun - TP Tools & Equipment

RUSFRE 30 Flexible Wand with 3 tips - TP Tools & Equipment

Keep up the great work. The only thing I do not miss from the northeast is the rust....ugh.

Progress? No not really. Major change of plans.

The ext cab is for sale as a stripped cab. Entire drive train was swapped into a 2003 rust free southern chassis over the winter. I tryed to get the boss to go that route before I spent 2 months fixing the cab but the "right" donor truck didnt come into play at that time. But a bad motor/bad trans/shipped to us cheap truck came along.

Here's the new truck in action... put in about 18 cords of wood in 2 weeks.

Just looked through this. Man that's got to be kinda sad to see that work just go down the drain

Sad? Not really... I got paid to learn alot, and if I find a crewcab, there is the extended cab section I want to splice onto it to make an extended crew cab 3 rows seating truck... with 6 kids, I need one!

Wow, Greg, amazing work. I agree that you learned alot, but it is sad to see all that hard work get sold off. That said, at least the cab has value to sell because of you.
keep up the great work! You do an excellent job of writing up and I enjoy reading your posts!
