I have a F14 Tractor and would like to know how to move the rear wheels in or out?
I removed all the bolts but how to remove the keys?
Sure could use some help with this.

It's been almost 50 years, but I believe you need to punch out (2?) Woodruff Keys per wheel. They are half moon shaped, and are force fitted into a slot in the axle. Use a center punch to either rock it out, or get underneath one end and tap up. It doesn't take much if not seized.

I’ve removed woodruff keys by clamping on it with a small vise and prying with a screwdriver.
