Wow Dirt, glad you have your tractor back but that took a while. I hope LS is going to address their parts availability issue soon. A month without your tractor is not good.

I agree, both disappointing and a little scary too. No need for that kind of wait time for parts these days. Maybe with the R4041EZ being a very newly released model it has limited parts availability. I guess we won't really know until more problems arise.

it did seem odd that there was not one instrument cluster in the USA....

Just do that every six months and your tractor resale value should be awesome. :thumbsup:

...but then again it is the newest model and who stock parts like an instrument cluster BEFORE the model even hits the market? I'll cut them some slack on not having it, BUT a whole month to get one??? They should have sent it by air!

my Dealer said they did send it via air.....must have been one of those island hopper planes....I figured, without knowning...that the instrumentation was the same as some of the older models...guess not..
