Backhoe Extra Vibration problem

I Checked it was Permatran

Did you clean the suction filter? When I cleaned my suction filter I almost put it back in when one of the o-rings, I noticed, fell on the ground. Are you sure "both" o-rings are on it?

The shaft is going from the engine to your hydro unit that has the hydro fan on it?
I is supposed to turn anytime the engine is running, that is what runs the hydro unit and all.

Thanks Wacky-yes I knew that The vibration happens, more so under load, but it also happens when idle. My thoughts were-since the drive shaft is always turning, even when idle, it may have a bad or ceased u-joint which may be causing the vibration. Pure speculation on my part though. The dealership and MF telling me its normal is unnacceptable-one of these days I will buy a camera and film it.

I finally found out what the problem was the dealer found that from the factory the two retrun lines from the backhoe where missed labbled

The return and return to sump where swapped

So when I changed the hydralic filter I got some air in the lines and it couldnt get rid of the air

Yes, very interesting. Seems to me I remember someone else had that same problem-- the hoses being mis-labeled with the colored tie-wraps. Glad you got it fixed!
