Hey y'all, recently while checking my fluids in my B7500 the stick in the hydro was measuring an overfill condition. I usually check my fluid not before statup but several days after running it last so it is all ready to go whenever. I've checked this several times and don't remember it being overfull and have not yet added any fluid since purchase. Lately, when parking my tractor, I have gotten in the habit of putting the fel in float and rocking the bucket to a level position. Could this float position on the joystick be allowing extra fluid to drain back into the tank?

Jeff, the trans dipstick on those little B's is very sensitive to fluid level when you get close to full. As little as one pint can make it look like you're severely over serviced. The 3ph cylinder holds at least that much. So maybe your checking with the hitch up or down on different occasions without realizing it? Do you store the tractor outside or inside? Another possibility is you're getting water in the trans. After use does the fluid look milky? Are you always checking it in the same location? A slight incline or decline in the terrain can make a difference also. As far as storing the loader in float, take a look at the "Fel rest" thread in "attachments".
