I used our 36" Alternating depth model on my lawn last fall, and it worked AMAZING on Ted's 1250 Massey.
A 48" or 60" would have been faster, but the 36" ran in between the tires, so it was easy and efficient.
Here are some pics:

Nice Plugs:

There were a few bare spots that needed a few extra passes, so I gave those areas some forward/reverse treatment, which made a great seedbed. A hydrostatic or shuttle transmission makes that pretty easy.

It was picture perfect in no time!

Was looking at your third function remote and just wanted to see if you thought it would work for me. I am using a (Sickle Bar) Sabre Samurai on my tractor which runs on a hydraulic motor. I have to run the tractor at low RPMs in order to keep the blades at the right speed. I also have a hydraulic post hole digger I will run from the front remotes and later I hope to get a grapple. I have a Kubota B26; there is a thread on here with pictures of my tractor and mower. Thanks for your advice.

What Grapple would you recommend for A Kubota mx5200?

Our Dual Lid or Single Lid Wicked Grapple.
There's not an easy or proper answer because your tractor will handle any of the widths from the smallest 54" to the largest 72".
Personally, I like the 60" Single Lid or the 66" Dual Lid......but I also like all the others!

If you give me a call, we can discuss your application and figure out which one is best.

What are you currently using to power the hydraulic PHD and the sickle?
There is a kit available for the B26.
The 3rd function hydraulic kit is really designed for momentary actuation, such as angling a snow plow and opening and closing a grapple or 4in1.
People do use them for PHDs and other attachments that require continuous flow, which is fine as long as you keep an eye on the fluid temperature.

right now I connect into my valve that operates the thumb on the backhoe and prop the valve open, this works good but I don't like running all that hose and I want a cleaner and quicker connection. I also hang my PHD from the backhoe bucket and I want to change that and use it in the front of the tractor.

It will work. You'll just need to keep an eye(or hand) on it to monitor the fluid temp. and take a break if it heats up due to continuous flow through the electrically actuated 3rd function valve.

Travis thanks for responding, I looked at the TRA-3RD-FUNCL, is this the correct one? is it a WR Long? how many quick connects come with it? I did not see a parts list.

That's the one. Yes, WR Long.
We order them with a pair of 1/2" ag couplers. You'll just need QDs on whatever you're hooking it to.

I don't recall where I got my QDs from so to be sure I have the right ones how much for a set if I order the TRA-3RD-FUNCL.?

   / Everything Attachments #572
okay I looked everywhere and can't find the coupon code;) or the part number for the 1/2" ag couplers

   / Everything Attachments #573
The only current coupon code pertaining to the valve kit other than the $50 off code if you order a grapple with it.
I will need to add the couplers on my end, so it'll be easiest if you just call me to order.

You are the man Ted. I have bought 2 boxblades from you and enjoy the heck out of them. I do worry a little you now say the v2 96 inch boxblade is only rated for 75hp. I have it on a 105 hp Massey.

I have stumps that have been rotting about 4 years, your boxblade has pulled some out. Any thoughts on designing an implement that would remove these for food plotters or ppl looking to clear land? I was thinking a 3 or 5 shank subsoiler or maybe a small version of a horizontal plow. Id be willing to test a prototype and pay for it.

Second thought since im mainly trying to level the land, the fred cain field cultivator might be the implement of choice.

Yes, the Fred Cain Ripper is what came to mind. It should break the ground, level out ruts and pull up roots and decomposed stumps. The springs are designed to protect you when it finds something solid.

When are you guys going to put out some new videos with your new Kubota in them?

That tractor has barely been started since delivery. The battery is probably getting weak!
When we get some RAIN to soften up this red clay that resembles concrete with brown, crunchy bristles protruding from it.
It's so dry, we're gonna have to start fishin with slingshots pretty soon!

Running a plow, boxblade or about any other ground engaging attachment right now simply turns the soil into powder. We're planning to re-do a couple of the recent videos because they were shot in such poor conditions.

Do you guys recommend a cultipacker run behind the ripper to prevent washing?
