That's a funny response.
class 3 guns aren't any more a lawsuit in progress than any other firearm.
people that are scared of guns shouldn't be around them.
the paperwork is not expensive.. unless you consider 200$ a deal killer. The cost on class 3's has been climbing steadily for a while.. but entry level guns are still quite affordable.. easilly under a couple G's . With mid grade guns costing a few G's.. and from there, depending on the weapon, shy's the limit, based on what type of arm you want.
I'd like to point out that if you look at crime statistics with class 3 weapons dating to when registration started and the NFA papered those guns way way back.. the incedents of unlawfull us is quite low.. single digits. and if you look at those couple of incedents of lawfully owned guns, misused, you will see that the owner of 1 of those was a LEO
Papered gun owners are among the most law abiding citizens period.. proof verifiable... look it up..
to say otherwise is a scare tactic, or myth...

You are probably right; what the heck was I thinking listening to people who use weapons for a living and train others who do so.
As a side note, I have seen people who used their weapons legally and got the snot sued out of them.
I am not going to get into yet another argument with you, so I am out of this thread.
