Don't move the sawdust, just stir it up a bit. What's on top drys out fast, so it looks like sawdust. What's underneath where it stayed moist has already composted down and is just about ready to work into the ground. Each pile is a dump truck load, so was originally 10 to 12 cubic yards and about 3' high. Spread some nitrogen on it, shove it into a taller pile with your front loader, and a year or two from now (depending on if you get rain) it will be ready to mix with the soil.
The erosion is something to ask the ASC agent about. It will require an on-site plan and knowledge of what materials are available locally. Dig a pond sounds like a great idea, if it would have water in it any time it wasn't raining.
