Equipment Trailer Suggestions

Currently I have a 24ft dovetail tandem axle equipment trailer with 7k axles. Im looking to upgrade to a 25ft deck with a 5ft dove with either tri-axle 7ks or go with dual tandem axles. The tri-axle with gross 21k and the dual tandem will be at 20k. Weight is really not the issue I need the extra length to haul my tractor and skidsteer together. Their combined weight is right at 10k. My question is which should I go with the tri-axle or the dual tandems?

Over the life of the trailer, you will have less tire, axle and spring hardware trouble with the dual tandem setup, all other factors equal.

Wouldn't the dual tandems be more stable to pull? I know my dually truck is much more stable with a load than my 3/4 ton was.
