Enough tractor for 6k lbs?

I think I致e got enough tractor, but want to see if anyone has any thoughts on this: I need to pull a 6,000 seed drill over 6 acres of mild sloped field with an L3430. It痴 rated at 35.1 HP, 28.5 HP on the PTO. Loaded R4s and a FEL. Will she do it?

Are you talking just transporting it???? or are you talking about actually planting with it??

Planting with it, NO WAY.

Just transpotring it, yea you will have traction and power to pull it, but stopping ot going down the hill would be challenging. But if you are extremely carefill and taki it slow, it could be done.

It sounds like a lot to me. Your tractor manual will tell you what it is rated for with various implements.

Looks to me that's more in the range of the M class tractors.

What makes you think is is 6,000lbs? That would be of no-till heft!
