emax20hst how to bleed unusual fuel system

First off I have a new emsx20s & a older 2018 emax20hst, it will crank but not start, I tried to compare the two but the new one only has 1 fuel shutoff solenoid, the hst has 2 on the inj pump - why?. Anyway I am trying to bleed the system thur the inj pump but can't find information anywhere. The fuel pump has a lever & I can pump fuel using it but it's real low volume apparently this older model uses a mechanical rather than a electric pump, any help would be appreciated.

The hst bhas a “cold start solenoid”.. towards the bottom of the pump..it’s not a shut off solenoid..

Make sure you have fuel at the inlet of the inj pump..
Then Loosen the lines AT THE INJECTORS and crank the engine until it starts to squirt fuel at the loosened lines and tighten..
