New 2013 Polaris Ranger EV, it jumped in the trailer and followed us home from the Dealer yesterday! :D

It got a little dusty on the last 8 miles of dirt road. :(

The trailer hauled it, now it is hauling the trailer.

Looked at the site, didn't see anything about the range or runtime other than "best in class". What kinda runtime are you seeing out of a single charge?

I haven't kept track of runtime, because it is not an issue for the way we use it. I read that you have to cycle the batteries a lot before they reach maximum capacity, so I run it until the gauge shows 1/2, then plug it in.

We have had it for three weeks and charged it three or four times. It is getting close to 1/2 again. It had .2 hr on it when we got it, now it has 6.0 hours on it.

It is important to open the hood when charging, or the charger gets very hot! :(

I'm sure you deserve it. I want to be you when I'm 73. :)

I have an electric car and it's amazing how much cheaper it is to run. ($0.03 per mile).

An electric ranger makes tons of sense. I'm looking forward to when the electric snow mobiles become popular.

I wish that Polaris would offer an AGM battery option for the Ranger EV.
