It is the sellers that bring the product and do the work to get it all on-line and then pay the fees and then do the work to collect the $$$.

The buyers just browse and buy... Sometimes they pay,... sometimes they just fade away. I'm not saying any of this is necesarily right or wrong. But it is what it is and that is the reason why.

Well your basicly SOL. The seller generally has all the cards when selling. Seller can refuse to sell on many reasons. Also note this was sold on ebay motors and they have different set of rules over the normal ebay sales. Presales is one of them.

Basicly all you can do is leave a negative feedback, you cant make him sell you the item.
