Pressure Shift lever won't move as it is rusted up. The draft lever works well. I put WD 40 on it and a pipe wrench but no luck. Does anyone think it may just be rusted bad and I need to heat it? Or what I can check?

Welcome to TBN. A little heat couldn’t hurt. Hopefully it’s just rusted and can be loosened up working on it externally.
A new tractor for you I take it?

OK That worked after a lot of heat and 30" pipe wrench and a man helping. I was told that that lever has not moved is over 30 years. But now I can't read the writing on the plate to see where I need to run theat leaver. Who has an old emblem like that or a pic so I can see it (175 Massy )

Thanks I can read part of it. I need a new sticker who ever has those. I really don't know where to leave that lever now. I noticed that in some places it changes the motor sound

If the inner (position or lift control) lever is all the way back (turquoise) color in photo, the pump will run constantly against the relief.

From England:

OK so when do I do that and is it best to not run constant?

Yes, don't do that. Raise to just before that
