I have a 5145 Mahindra. I know what draft control was on older tractors. It automatically kept an implement, such as a plow, at the same depth when going over un level ground. Such as a field with terraces across it.
Does a 5145 have that capability? I don't think so cause there is only one control lever.

Draft control is the same on old or new tractors. It allows the implement to raise and lower according to the load on the implement to maintain a constant draft. This reduces slippage of the tractor tires to maintain maximum traction.

If yours has a rocker on the top link as shown in the video, it has draft control and will have the second lever.

This is a picture of where my top link attaches. But there are no external control lever nor linkage.

It shares a hinged toplink connection with other models, but is not hooked to anything. Like you said, no 2nd lever either. Owner's Manual shows PC or position control only for that model.
