With the new formats here I cant find a link that some one posted on here about the official USDOT regs. I am not being lazy but all my attempts to find just the regs and not all the BS discussions, commities, and such is driving me nuts. Anybody have a link to the "SHORT" rules 393.130 used to be about securing heavy equipment, I dont know if it still is. Thanks
