OK I will check it on Saturday when the temperature is above 25 here, thanks for your time, I hope it's only the relay.

Relay is likely. Less likely is the range selector pot. Less likely yet is the cruise module. could be wiring or connectors of course. Corrosion etc..

If it is the relay, While I have never replaced one, those that have, report it is a standard relay available at a lower price at about any auto parts store instead of going to a dealer.

Yep, I wish the owners manual had the schematics in it. It would be a big help to at least some of the owners.

That schematic info is all in the service manuals, as it is for just about any tractor/vehicle.
