Me personally, I'd be reluctant to take the tire/wheels off the tractor. So,,,, let's assume you do and you lay them on your trailer. Then you pump 400lbs of fluid in them. They already weigh 150-200 lbs. Do you have a method to stand them up, get them off the trailer, and align them back onto the tractor?? If not, avoid this plan.

Not saying it can't be done. Just saying you ain't doin it by hand.

I was thinking about that yesterday! I'm just going to rent a trailer to tow my tractor that's the easy way not lifting a tractor tire up after more weights been put in.

taking huge tires off and on is done with a piece of plywood and grease. just shim the plywood to make a ramp to slide the tire off and grease the plywood to slide down the plywood. back up trailer to tire and lay down ,valve side up, and take to have filled. reverse process to install. if you can't stand up, make a-frame with come-a-long and winch to stand up or when laided down put 2x4 under tire as lever. did on backhoe by myself when loading my tires. takes some pre-thinkin'. allis backhoe weighs 15,000 lbs
