Oil & Fuel Diesel alternative?

Curious what diesel alternative folks are burning in their Kioti's. More importantly, how has it impacted engine performance? My neighbor says #2 heating oil works for him, but his tractors are 30+ year old rust buckets (he keeps 'em ugly but they run great). I expect engines have changed over time and may be more finicky.

I pretty sure my dealer told me I could run biodiesel in my ck30. have not because there is a wait list to get an account with the manufacture. Used to be that biodiesel was more expensive then regular diesel, now it a buck cheaper since the the price of fuel with up.

#2 fuel oil and red dyed off-road diesel are the same. I run it in my 30 year old ones as well as my DK55. I have had no problems. Filters need to be changed at regular intervals.

I run the off road fuel/home heating oil in my 28 year old JD and my DK 35.
Works fine.
