Deutz-Allis 1816V

I have recently purchased a Deutz-Allis 1816V, twin cylinder, 48"-cut lawn tractor (seems to be in top condition, 4 or 5 years old, only 88 hours on it). Any advice out there on how to maintain this machine as well as anything to watch for--some machines are "notorious" for certain failures or "remarkable" for other features. I would appreciate any input. Thanks!
