Guys; Detached my loader today for the first time.Got scared when the thing pecked the cab window.I enlisted the help of a seasoned neighbor and we got it off without breaking anything. My question to 30 r series owners is - will your loader raise the front tires off the ground? Mine lifted things enough to get the loader to park but I don't think it raised the tires of the ground.

I had the same thing happen on my 3033r. Did you find a solution? Thanks

No . Everyone I have talked to says the loader should lift the front off the ground . I just reconnected after several weeka and the park thingy had relaxed so that the mounts were only about 6 inches off the ground. The loader was too heavy for me to lift even one end. I got a board and pryed each side until the mounts looked high enough to clear the front tires. I drove close and the hoses wouldn't reach so I unhooked the support in the middle and stretched the hoses to reach. Then I couldn't get the quick connects to release due to pressure. I couldn't press the things hard enough to release the pressure. I got a hammer and a rag and tapped the male end and the juice squirted everywhere. I then got them connected. I have read about this pressure thing but figured if the parking stand released the pressure it would be ok. My stand was not fully up or it would have not have crept and built pressure. I have yet to talk to the dealer. We have had so much rain the grass grows a foot a week and it's all I can do to keep it cut. I had to attach the loader just to haul clippings. If any other h160 owners can chime in I still need to know can it lift the tractor?

When I drop mine, I put the bucket flat and then curl the bucket to lift it. I think I lifted it too much (4") because the loader jumped off the mount when I pulled back the joystick to the rear. Loader bumped the glass. Not a comfortable thing, I'm a little gun shy on this one. I think you did not fully get the stand set, mine has not moved at all since parking

Just temp change will build pressure in the hoses when the loader is off. Multicoupler saves a lot of frustration.

JD multi coupler, made by Faster. I liked so well I put on both my tractors JD 2030 and JD 6415.
