Cutter Size Survey

/ Cutter Size Survey #21
TresCrows,

Do you pick up all of your clippings after you mow your very large lawn?

I would have bought a 54" for my B7500. The information that I got from TBN & others suggested that my 17 HP PTO wouldn't handle a 5'. The 4' it handles fine, but I could shave some mowing time with that extra 6".

Sounds like the perfect solution, Jim. /w3tcompact/icons/smile.gif

Why do people keep asking me if I pick up the clippings. I cannot remember ever picking a clipping up ever. I don't rake them, I don't collect them, I don't vacum them, I leave them where they lay and if they are unsightly I mow over them a few times to mulch them up. No sissy mulching blades either /w3tcompact/icons/shocked.gif , I mow the Hades out of them and what is left is not a problem. I am a proud side discharger that wants a 54 inch rotary cutter so it will get outside my wheel track.
Short answer---NO. J
