I had a positive experience today and would like to share.
Recently I bought a piece of equipment from tractor supply and had problems that cost me some money and aggrivation.
After explaning my problem to the managers at the store where the equipment was purchased, to my surprise and 100% satisfaction, the managers proceeded to rectify the problem in a very polite and professional manner.

Hats off to the employees at the Piney Flats Tn. store.

Good customer service is rare in this day and time.

It was just a coincidence. Honest.
I have no affilliation with the store or any of its employees.
I just feel that businesses that treat customers fairly should be commended.

Gotta say the same about Antietam Tractor in Hagerstown Md. Every dealing with them has been postive. Good dealers don't get enough credit. Word of mouth is still the best advertistment.

I second Antietem. Very good dealer. This region of the Mid Altlantic has above average dealers in general.
