Anyone have experience with PackerMaxx, poly model 48 inch or Land Pride, pull behind model, steel serrated wheels with cleaning bar. I know LP is heavier and wider, will be putting in food plots and gradually converting about 20 acres to native grasses. Long term projects so no large areas converted at any one time. Will continue to look for used model local. Soil is sandy loam, so don’t have stick soil or rocks to contend with, soil grows great hay, but I am converting the 30 acres total to wildlife, concentrating on turkey, deer, and white wing doves.
Meeting my wildlife consultant on the property today, excited to see what we come up with, looking forward to this project. Have kept several hives of bees on previous acerage, looking forward to putting together a few top bar hives on this place.
