My CT 235 has <200 hrs. on it, and has been maintained religiously here in sunny Tucson, AZ.
Today I was removing a brick wall and footings. The footings were really STOUT. I was using the FEL to lift, drag, pry, etc the footings. Things were going smashingly when the FEL decided not to function. NO up/down, but the bucket will tilt up/down, scrapper will raise/lower, and every other function works. No burst lines, Hyd fluid is full and no leaks noted anywhere.
I'm wondering if the heavy duty work out I was giving the machine tweaked a valve or ram.
Ideas?

Could be a blown seal in one of the loader rams. you could switch lines with the bucket to see of it's the ram or not?

I was thinking that maybe you knocked one of the loader quick disconnects loose.

I had a similar issue loosing curl on my CT 235. It was a bad quick connect coupler (male end). Swap the hoses around to check as mentioned above. Easy fix.
