Cranking JD H model HELP PLEASE

I have a Model H JD, serial# H61020 that was setting for years. The engine was seized but after soaking with transmission fluid and PB blaster it turns freely now. I am not getting any spark to the plugs. I am trying to figure out the fuel system also as I am sure the carbeurator is not working either. Any information on getting this tractor running would be greatly appreciated.

I'd first work on getting a spark. Track back through the system, to find out where the problem might be.
Is this hand crank? or electric start?

If no spark, I'd suspect bad plug wires or bad/dirty magneto.

Ok, now to get spark. No need to do any carb work (other than know that fuel is reaching the carb) until you get spark.
