cozy cab

hi i have a 03 jd 4210 with 420fel an 47bh..
i can get a cozy cab from a 4300 for pretty cheap , will it fit my machine ?
its pretty cheap 300.00 with the heater and its in good shape

It's a good deal. Cozy lists one cab for 4200-4400 and 4210-4410 tractors. They only requirement is loader mounts are needed. Good luck!

does anyone have any exparience with these cabs..
are they easy to install and easy to remove..
i would only want it on for the winter time to plow snow..

They can be a little heavy to take off and put on, a hoist in a tall garage is the best if it's available. When you install the water lines (for the heater) you can keep in mind that you will be taking them apart and maybe use quick connects for the connections. The wiring for lights, wipers etc can be done easliy also, if the accessories are wired into switches in the cab you can sometimes feed the cab with 1 power supply wire and ground, which is easy to unhook to remove the cab.

You may find that doors and back windows can come off easily, making more of a canopy for summer time, and if you don't have clearance issues getting under trees etc you may want to leave the shell and windshield of the cab on for some sun protection.

the only real reason i would take it of is for backhoe use in the summer .. we use the backhoe mostly evary day for or sidewalk installs.. i was just wondering if it would be in the way ..
