It seems to be where the full amount starts to decline. So for a joint return the reduction would be 5% of adjusted gross income over $150,000. For example, if AGI is $160,000 then the reduction would be .05 X $10,000 = $500 So subsidy would be $2,400 - $500 = $1,900.

A family with 100k income in SF would be classified as low income by HUD...

The USA news media were removed for a reason. Keeping foreigners out near term was done for a reason. Again in time the truth will come out I expect. There are some wealthy movers and shakers in China that know they had a good thing going and the virus has screwed up some business deals. It will be interesting to me to see how free Tesla continues to operate in China.

Don't be so cynical...They are happy to have something that allows them to show everyone that they are not totally worthless...A major crisis (understatement) in an election year means anything can happen and they know it...

These graphs would be far more informative if they showed the Positives and Deaths as a percentage of the population
