There is a Continental Belton Post Hole Digger for sale on the local Craigslist, the owner doesn't know the exact part number, but from the pictures it looks the model ECO44, although I can't be sure. Is anyone familiar with that or any other Continental Belton PHDs ? My concern is, is it too big for my Kubota B2620 compact tractor, am I able to get it off the ground with my 3pt hitch. Thanks for your help.

PHDs are pretty comodoty items. There isn't much to diferentiate different ones. As long as it has lube in the gearbox it's generally going to be fine. Even if the seals in the gearbox are shot putting grease in will be fine to keep it running for years. You can find some really nice ones like Danhuser's, but they are less common & overkill for most people.

You are right to be concerned about the size issue though. I had issues with my L3200 being able to raise a standard size PHD up enough so the auger wasn't dragging. EverythingAttachments has one with a short arch designed for modern small SCUTS.
