You didn't mention whether you would be using a Front End Loader (FEL), but if you are, I would definitely recommend filling the rear tires for ballast or planning to have the RFM hooked up whenever you use the FEL. If you weren't considering the FEL, you should. It is amazing the number of back-straining jobs the FEL can help with. I sometimes call mine the "diesel wheelbarrow." Like moving and spreading gravel on that driveway or moving mulch, fertilizer bags, large baskets of fruit or vegetables, cleaning up and landscaping around your new home, etc.
Filling the rear tires will also improve your traction for other jobs. Keeping the RFM or other heavy 3-point attachment on whenever you want to use the FEL will reduce your maneuverability in tight spots, but it will help with the ballast situation. A box blade and/or landscape rake would also be handy when maintaining the driveway or working on landscaping. They can always be added later when you have a job that gives you an excuse to buy a new toy /w3tcompact/icons/smile.gif.
For 5 acres, probably either the 7500 or 2410 will do what you need. The 2410 will handle larger implements and probably save you time on the larger jobs. The 7500 will just take a little longer to do the same job.
Can't help with the tiller, as I don't have or use one. Good luck with your property. You will find that having the tractor will make a lot of jobs fun that you might avoid if you have to tackle them with a shovel and wheelbarrow.
