Concrete Ballast

This past spring while concrete truck at my house for patio and walkways I poured a concrete ballast for the tractor.

That looks like a good sized chunk of concrete, should make the tractor much better for FEL work.
How many cubic feet is it?
Concrete is about 150lbs per cubic foot.

Is the second pic a hitch to pick up the ballast?

If so, is the hitch used for anything else?

I'm guessing its around 900 lbs, i will measure it tomorrow.
It's the rack for my rear pallet forks, it also lifts the concrete ballast and I welded a hitch reciever in it so I can move my trailers, I also use it to skid logs.
