Thank you for the update, good to hear the new tractor is earning it's keep this winter. 🍻
I'll say it again that's things like.a invaluable Swiss army knife up here, does a little of everything some things better than others if your mindful of it's limitations.

It really depends on what you're doing. Case in point: Reversing up steep hills with a loader in 2wd is dangerous, as the rear can become light enough to end up freewheeling down the hill. A 4wd machine can solve this problem, if you actually shift into 4wd, but can still make the machine a bit nose heavy if the load in the bucket is anywhere near capacity for the rear ballast you're running.
Very true, but I'd rather run higher pressure in the front tires than have it wheelie over on it's back. I was running up hill with a 4' 3PT finish mower when it happened and if the raised mower hadn't stopped the wheelie I might not be here. (ROPS was down for cutting under trees)
