Coated Steel Pipe - Value?

I've got some coated steel pipe (think the ole 2 3/8) that appears to be brand new - has the greyish - rubber feeling coating on the outside and a lining on the inside. they are 10 ft sticks... any idea of how much they are worth? I cant find anything about them on the internet, everything I find is about uncoated stuff.

I was told i could weld it by just grinding the outside coating off---but I may be better off selling this and getting some other pipe (got this "years ago" for a steal)

went to a scrap yard - almost no one knew what it was--- one guy said some utility companies use it instead of stainless b/c it wont rust--- but didnt know the value--- just coated steel...

correct - I worded that wrong.... 8~)..
also supposedly "non conductive and noncorrosive" so maybe some sort of conduit but we'll see...but heavy as all get out

turns out it is made by Thomas and Betts and says Ocla on it....may be 15-20 years old - but looks brand new.

If possible check out the coatings for fume toxicity prior to welding.

Sounds like PVC coated galvanized rigid conduit.
