CK3510HST Lane shark

Does anyone have any experience with a lane shark on a CK3510HST? I have the 3rd function kit, but I dont know if it has enough flow. I also have the auxiliary hydraulics, but I don't have a detent lever so I would have to hold it or rig something up to keep it flowing.

Does anyone know the flow on the factory 3rd function connections? It looks like I need a minimum of 8.5gpm.

I have the same machine. I don't know the flow on the 3rd function, but I am reasonably sure you do not want to use it, nor is it intended for a 100% duty cycle with as high a power demand as something like the lane shark has. It would probably get your hydraulic fluid really, really hot.

Better off using a power pack on your PTO with some long hydraulic lines, I think?

Kioti confirmed its 6.8 GPM on the rear remotes and the third function.

Why is overheating not a concern talking to Lane Shark? They recommend using the third function.

How can the rear remotes run log splitters and stump grinders and backhoes without overheating?

Probably have to look at the flow rates and duty cycles for each implement you plan on running. The Lane Shark seems to be a pretty heavy user of hydro fluid. Log splitters....most likely less.

Not to mention that you would likely have to hold the button in the whole time you are cutting?
